Set of Seven Pranayam



These are the seven main pranam taught by Swami Ram dev ji. These are also called as breathing exercises


Bhastrika Pranayam
How to do this pranayam: Take deep breath and completely breath out. Repeat this process.
Duration: You can do this pranaym for 5 minutes maiximum.
Benefits: Helps in heart, lungs, brain, depression, migraine, paralysis and neural system.





KapalBhati Pranayam
How to do this pranayam: Breath out fully from nose and meanwhile your stomach will go inside. repeat this same procedure.
Duration: You can do this pranayam for 5 mins to 30 mins. But start with 5 minutes.
Benefits: Increase aabha and tej. Helps in obesity,constipation, gastric, acidity, liver, uterus, hepatitis B, diabetes, stomach problems, cholestrol, allergic problems, asthma, snoring, concentration, cancer and AIDS.
